About

About Wild Heart Collective

Wild Heart Collective was created for the woman who wants more; more than rushed mornings, depleted energy, endless to-do lists, and the feeling of never quite being able to come up for air.

As life fills up, with work, relationships, family, health challenges, loss, or transition, it becomes easier and easier to drift away from ourselves. And yet, this is exactly when we need a place to return to. A place of safety, steadiness, and peace within our own bodies, minds, and breath.

Wild Heart Collective exists to be that place.

A different way to practice

For many of us, the idea of a daily 60-minute studio practice or long meditation sounds nourishing… and also unrealistic. Time, energy, money — these things matter, and self-care should never feel like another burden or luxury you can’t afford.

This studio was built for real life.

Wild Heart Collective is here to meet you where you are — whether that’s at the end of a long day, in the quiet before a new one begins, or in the small moments you can claim for yourself. Whether you have an hour to move or just ten minutes to breathe, your practice belongs here.

An invitation home

At its heart, Wild Heart Collective is an invitation to come back to yourself.

When we learn to soften the body, quiet the mind, and free the breath, we begin to realign the three pillars that hold us — body, mind, and soul. From that alignment, something powerful happens. We remember who we are beneath the noise. We return to presence. We create space for truth, clarity, and integrity to emerge.

This is where the Wild Heart lives.

Not as something to chase or fix, but as something to remember.

Who this space is for (and who it’s not)

This space may not be for you if you’re looking for a quick fix, a rigid program, or a practice rooted in pushing your body beyond its limits.

Wild Heart Collective is for those willing to slow down, listen inward, and trust their own rhythm.

While some classes may be challenging, we are not here to overwork, overpush, or overstress the nervous system. We’re here to soften, listen, and tune back within.

Our intention

Every class inside the Collective — yoga, breathwork, or meditation — is designed to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and self-trust. Some practices are gentle, some are strong, some are deeply restorative, but all are rooted in the same intention: to help you feel more at home in your body and more connected to your inner rhythm.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about listening more.

And letting your life be guided from that place.

I’m so glad you’re here.

With gratitude,

Charlotte Schrader
