Memberships & Digital Access

Once your membership begins, you receive immediate access to our full library of yoga, breathwork, and meditation content. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on memberships, subscriptions, digital programs, or online content.

This includes:

• Monthly memberships

• Annual memberships

• Free trial conversions

• Partial billing periods

• Forgotten cancellations
   

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your content, please contact us at hello@thewildheartcollective.co. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptional Circumstances

While refunds are not guaranteed, we understand that life happens. If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced an exceptional situation, you may contact us within 7 days of your charge, and we will review your request with care.
