This offering is for those who want a more personal, intentional approach to movement and wellness. Whether you’re navigating a transition, healing your relationship with your body, or craving deeper support, private sessions offer space to slow down and be truly seen.

Private sessions may include:

  • 1:1 yoga (online or in-person)

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Breathwork and meditation

  • Cycle-aware and seasonal practice

  • Prenatal or postpartum support

  • Gentle strength and embodiment

  • Stress, burnout, or life transitions

  • Health coaching and lifestyle guidance
     

Each session is tailored to your unique needs — no templates, no rushing.

How it works

Sessions are available in 60-minute formats, offered online or in person depending on location and availability.


You can choose single sessions or ongoing support.

After you reach out, we’ll connect to ensure this work feels aligned before scheduling.
